Saving and restoring workspace

Post by smarko »

I've been looking for a text editor, that can restore all the documents that were open, when I closed the program. Those few that I found were targeted for programmers and they wouldn't even let me use basic text editing stuff like bolding and italics. They were also old and ugly programs. Atlantis looks promising in every other way, but it also missed this feature I'm looking for. I often have 4-8 documents open at the same time, that I need to modify while I'm doing research on net. It's really boring to open them all one-by-one and I wouldn't want to keep editor open all the time.

So, could it be possible to add such an optionally automatic workspace saving / restoring -feature to Atlantis?

Atlantis Ocean Mind already has this option ("Tools | Options...", "Load/Save", "Reload open documents at startup"). It is on by default.
