I can't work out whether this is an Atlantis issue, or something to do with WordWeb. I'll start here and go to WW later.
I have been using Atlantis and WW / WW Pro for months -- no issues. For what it's worth, I have Win 7 Home Premium, 64-bit.
Today I had to replace my current Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse. The replacements are the MS Wireless Desktop 3000.
Right-click on the mouse works as before.
The hot keys. Shift+F7 does not work. Changed this to Ctrl+F7. No joy.
Is this likely to be an Atlantis or WW problem?
Better still, has someone encountered this and solved it?
Atlantis + WordWeb Pro
Atlantis + WordWeb Pro

Pressing "Shift" removed the "None" but replaces it with "Ctrl + Alt +".
I believe the problem might be caused by MS Intellitype which is the software installed to support the keyboard and mouse. I'll do some investigations here.
I'm sure I'll find a result or a work around.
Thanks for your suggestions.

Victory, sort of.
For those not aware, Win7 64-bit can cause many, many problems with software. I could write a long essay of compatibility issues.
Anyway, I eventually found a 64-bit version of Intellipoint. (Why MS does not supply or mention this is remains a mystery. I downloaded it.
I had been using version 8.15 32-bit, The 64-bit version is 8.1, so in MS's wisdom, Win7 refused to install over the top or even allow me to delete it. Fortunately I have Revo Uninstaller Pro which did the job, allowing me to install the 64-bit version.
From WordWeb (which is 32-bit) I managed to reset the Hot key. Couldn't get Shift+F7, but it finished accepting: Ctrl+Alt+7 (not F7). I can live with this.
Please note, I really like Win7, but 64-bit has caused me many headaches.

It seems to be a common problem with laptop, 'multimedia' or 'office' keyboards equipped with the so-called “Fn” or “F-Lock” key in the lower-left corner. If your “Fn” key happens to be in the “locked” state, the function keys will behave differently. The shortcut for the Thesaurus is also “Shift+F7” in MS Word. But it won’t work either when the “Fn” key is in the “locked” state. The usual workaround is to press “Fn+Shift+F7” instead of “Shift+F7”. Or unlock the “Fn” key permanently if at all possible.
HTH.
Cheers,
