Page break line has disappeared

Search didn't help

I used to have a nice black line indicating a page break.

Now I see nothing.
If I activate Special Symbols, I get

--Page Break--

and nothing else.

I'm guessing I inadvertently activated/deactivated some function but cannot identify which one.

Any ideas? Please? Help

Don't know what the problem was.

1. I uninstalled Atlantis.
2. I removed all Registry references to Atlantis.
3. I rebooted.
4. Re-installed Atlantis

Everything AOK.

Would have been interesting to have found the problem, but...

Please have a look at the “Special symbols” check box options on the “Tools | Options… > View tab”.
Most likely, you had unchecked all boxes.

Same issue has arisen. I use Atlantis for several hours each day. For example. I used it without any problems all weekend and for several hours this morning.

I have not changed any settings.

However, I after a break, I started Atlantis and opened the same document.

Page breaks are not showing. If I load a document containing many pages, but Atlantis goes not recognise pages. Bottom left of screen shows:
Sec 1/1; Line 1 Col 1
whereas this morning it was showing pages and total pages.

Please have a look at the “Special symbols” check box options on the “Tools | Options… > View tab”.

Problem solved AGAIN BY UNINSTALLING and REINSTALLING. Seem to have lost my dictionary corrections unfortunately.

I'm starting to think I should give up on Atlantis (although I really like it) and perhaps return to current version of Word or Wordperfect. Certainly bears thinking about.

Bottom left of screen shows:
Sec 1/1; Line 1 Col 1

It is because you switched to the Draft View mode in Atlantis. There was no need to uninstall Atlantis. Just switch back to the Print Layout View.
