Vertical scroll bar on left side

Vertical scroll bar on left side

I would like to be able to move the vertical scroll bar from the right side of the window to the left side of the Atlantis window.

Sorry, but this would not be possible. "Left-aligned" (or "left-handed") vertical scrollbars are used only in the RTL (Right-To-Left) operating systems (Hebrew, Arabic).
