Alphabetical order

Post by jellicoe »

I want to make a list of titles in alphabetical order, is there a command on Atlantis to do this automatically?

Atlantis has a command to sort paragraphs in alphabetic order, either ascending or descending.

Select the paragraphs in your document that need to be alphabetized.
Then press Ctrl+Shift+K,A to sort in ascending order, or Ctrl+Shift+K,Z to sort in descending order. Alternatively, click the corresponding toolbar buttons: Image or Image.

Please note that Ctrl+Shift+K,A and Ctrl+Shift+K,Z are so called compound hot keys. A compound hot key is made up by a key preceded by any of the following key combinations:

Ctrl+K
Ctrl+Shift+K
Shift+Alt+K

Compound hot keys are 4-steps hot keys. Let's take Ctrl+Shift+K,A ("Sort paragraphs in ascending order") as an example. You must:

1. Hold the Ctrl and Shift keys pressed,
2. Press and release the K key,
3. Press and release the A key,
4. Finally release the Ctrl and Shift keys.
