about customising font styles

Post by 123 »

if you want atlantis to start with your customised font styles, you have to save these styles in a template, then make that template the default one.

i did this, but

how do i select which of my customised styles, the program begins with?
for example - i've created heading1, heading2 and regular
atlantis always starts with heading1, though i want it to start with regular
how do i achieve this?

also, the style called "normal" always seems to be there in any new template. how do i get rid of it?

I do not understand "start where".

If you mean the order or appearance of styles of this document within the "Style" box of the Atlantis toolbars, styles are always sorted alphabetically. So the "Regular" style will never appear before the "Heading 1" style.

If you mean the default (initial) style of your document, you simply need to associate the first paragraph of your template with the desired default style. Just open your template, click the first paragraph, and choose "Regular" from the "Style" box of the Atlantis toolbars.

The "Normal" style is present in ANY document. Sorry, you cannot remove it.
