Any way to be informed of all posts in the forum?

Is there any way to be informed of any and all posts on this forum? At the moment I'm only informed of replies in a thread I'm already following but have to manually check back daily to see if there are any new threads.

Is there a way to be informed of all posts? an RSS feed would be handy if it's possible.

I understand that you mean something "easier" than visiting the forum regularly. But regrettably there is no way to be informed of "any post".

Yeah, I meant something like getting an email or via an RSS feed but if it's not possible then fair enough. Thanks for the reply.
