As much as I could understand, Atlantis saves as default temporary autocopies of a currently being edited document to system's %Temp% folder. Is there any option to change this location and to assign a new one by user's own choice?
The same question is for assigning location of clipboard fragments which Atlantis save automatically into %Temp% folder when any text or image are copied to memory.
If it is not possible to change this location, how it is possible to disable this feature at all?

Sorry, but you cannot choose another location for these files.
If these files are a problem to you, you could disable the "Safe copies" and "Clipboard history" features of Atlantis. Please just uncheck the "Tools | Options... > Load / Save > Safeguard every ..." and "Tools | Options... > Edit > Clipboard History" boxes.
