I have just installed a very usefull freeware program called add a button which alowed me to add Atlantis to my IE. toolbar. is there a way of disabling the splash screen when I open Atlantis from IE.

This button in MS IE is associated with a command-line. If you are allowed to modify this command-line, you could add “ -NoSplash” to this command-line.
Probably the “Show Splash Screen” option will be added to the “Tools | Options…” dialog of Atlantis in the future. This would simplify things.
