How to hide (not print) some text automatically
How to hide (not print) some text automatically
I have a document I want to put an instruction to myself in on how to sequence a section of text. I want to leave this instruction in permanently so if I come back 2 years later it will remind me on the solution I came up with when I want to update the document. Is there a way to have a paragraph or section of text not print? Having a blank space where the text would be is no problem if that is involved in hiding the text when printing.

Here is what you could do:
1. Create a separate section for your instructions.
2. Use the Sections panel of the Atlantis Control Board to select that section.
3. Press Ctrl+K,A. This will invert the current selection. Leave the inverted selection AS IS.
4. Press Ctrl+P to print, and choose "Selection" as the "Print Range".
5. Print that selection. The special section with instructions will not print.
HTH.
