Atlantis installer will not accept my registration code

Atlantis installer will not accept my registration code on a new computer. I've looked through all the forum posts and can't find an answer to my problem.

I can't even use the original application. The message says my trial copy has expired even though I paid for it several years ago.

Too bad, I liked Atlantis...

Atlantis Word Processor version 2.0 was released April 30, 2016. Subsequent Atlantis Word Processor updates version 2.01, 2.0.2, and 2.0.3 were released on May 14, June 29, and July 30, 2016, respectively.
As explained on this page, the upgrade to version 2.x of Atlantis Word Processor is a paying upgrade.
So if you bought a license for Atlantis Word Processor “several years ago”, i.e. well before Atlantis Word Processor version 2.0 was released, this means that your “old” license registration is valid only for all versions of Atlantis Word Processor version 1, but not for any version of Atlantis Word Processor version 2.
Now as a registered user of Atlantis Word Processor version 1, you are entitled to a reduced fee of $15 for the upgrade to version 2.x. Simply go to Upgrading to version 2.x, and submit the email address that you used to buy your license for version 1.x. Follow onscreen instructions.
