Add 4th instance to Spellcheck Add to Dictionary

I have been doing spellchecking of OCR scanned in text and have abbreviations that I would like to add to an abbreviation dictionary where only the first letter is upper case like "St.". This is not an option I see when I do a right click and select Add to Dictionary. I want an instance like "ST." to be marked as a misspelling. Can this option be added in a future version of Atlantis?

Hi Alan,
Simply add “-ST.” (minus character+ST.) to your User Dictionary (Tools | Options… > Spellcheck tab > Spellcheckers & Dictionaries button > User Dictionaries > userdicen.tlx > Edit… button).
Alternatively, you could add the following AutoCorrect replacement pair:
ST. > St.
