Windows 10 issue - menu items invisible

Hi -- I'm unclear that this is Atlantis' or Windows' doing, perhaps someone can lend a hand. The problem is that see menu items are not visible as they are the same color as their background. Screenshot attached. The items are there, and become visible with mouse hover as in the screenshot you can see the HELP item. Not a show stopper but not that great either. ANy ideas?

Which Windows system is this? Have you installed a non-default Windows “Theme”?

Robert -- Thanks for the windows theme notion; that was somehow it. I don't typically mess with themes but changed the theme and got the text back. This is Win 10 Pro, which dispenses with the traditional Windows color controls.
