Access denied on opening specific doc

I don't know if I messed something up with this doc, but I opened it at the same time I had it open in Word, and so I said to yes make a copy, but I can't remember if I stopped the process or not, but I feel like I got an error and then when I tried to close I got the same error I keep getting now. Anyway, after I closed it in Word, and tried to open it again, I got that error again:

I tried the following with the same results:

*restarted my computer
*Reinstalled Atlantis
*Then uninstalled Atlantis and reinstalled it
*saving the doc under a different name
*saving the doc in a different location
*saving it as an .rtf
*redownloading doc and opening
*saving the doc as a .doc instead of a .docx allowed me to open it, but when I tried to export it as an ebook, I got the same error (same number too)

I'm able to open other docs fine and save them as ebooks, so it sounds like there's something in this doc it doesn't like.

Hi Angela,
We cannot determine what’s wrong with your document unless and until we see it! Atlantis support does not work through crystal balls or tea leaves! If there aren't any privacy/copyright concerns, you could attach this document to a post in this forum. Otherwise, could you please send it to support@AtlantisWordProcessor.com? Thanks.

Thanks for the document file. This bug will be fixed in Atlantis Word Processor version 1.6.6.5. It will be available in the next few days.
