No Offline Help in 1.6.6.2 - intentional?

With the latest Atlantis installer, Atlantis.chm isn't installed into the program directory (even though install.log still has a File Copy line for it). Is this removal of offline help intentional, or will a later update restore it?

Yes, the offline Help is not available in Atlantis anymore.
