Atlantis as a gift for someone

An unusual question, I know ...

I have a friend for whom I would like to purchase a gift copy of Atlantis. I would do this with PayPal or with a credit card.

How do I do this? Do I just buy it for him under my name, send him the registration code, and tell him to download Atlantis?

I already own three licenses for my own computers, but this would be strictly for him. I do not want to have any connection with it.

Is there a better way to do this? I really do not want my name associated with a fourth license, but I can do this however I need to.
