Multiple Instances of Atlantis

Hello,

Atlantis allows multiple instances of itself to be running at the same time. This is nice for, say, a dual-monitor setup.

I'm wondering if there are any caveats one should be aware of when multiple copies are running - will they clobber each other's settings, conflict over auto-recovery data, etc., or is it relatively safe?
