How can I reference a thread in this forum?

I notice that some people provide links to other threads in this forum. How can I find the URL of a particular thread to reference?

Open the desired sub-forum (General, Feature Request, or Betatesting). You will see a list of available threads. Then right-click a thread of interest, and choose "Copy Link" from the menu.

Thread ULRs look like this:

Thanks, If you used search to fine a thread how would you proceed? Never mine I figured it out. You right click again select the same way and then remove the highlight part.
