I just tried to update my profile with an avatar from my harddrive. But it is not shown. Where is my mistake?

The folder with avatars had the wrong attributes that did not allow uploading. Fixed. Please re-upload your image. Now it should work.
Thanks for reporting this problem.

Thanx, Prince... your avatar is nice too, a sort of zen symbol ;-)
(and it's cool to answer me in french... don't know what is tour native language, but your french is better than my english)

We have published our "new releases" of our avatar... now, as i'm hardly waiting for headers an footers, i wish RSSOL will soon publish the next release of Atlantis. Guys, it's your turn to give us news

It's the Maaori name for the island on which I live. Maaori is an official language of NZ, and the three main islands all have Maaori names. Starting from the South, Stewart Island is Rakiura, which means "glowing skies", and is a reference to the aurorae which are often seen there. The South Island is Te Wai Pounamu , which means "waters of greenstone", referring to the highly-prized mineral Maaori mined there, and finally the North Island is Te Ika a Maui, which means "the fish of Maui." Maaori legend states that the demigod Maui and his brothers fished up the North Island from the sea. The South Islnd is occasonally called "the canoe of Maui", and Stewart Island was the anchor. The the long thin bit at the northern end of the North Island is called the tail, and the southern end of the North Island is called the head.

How romantic! I can only speak of Cesar and Constantine the Great who have been in our region.
