Note that paragraphs cannot be left or right “justified”. Paragraphs are either left, center, or right “aligned”. They can also be “justified”, which is a special kind of alignment. You’ll find details about paragraph alignment in the Atlantis help at
Paragraph Format > Alignment
Now as such, paragraphs cannot be both left and right aligned. It is one or the other.
But there are at least two ways to place some text to the left of a line, and another text to the right of a line.
A. Using a right-aligned tab stop to place new text to the right of the line.
B. Using columns.

“(left aligned) (right aligned)_1.rtf” uses a right-aligned tab stop to place text to the right of the line.
“(left aligned) (right aligned)_2.rtf” uses 2 columns. The first column hosts a left-aligned paragraph. The second column hosts a right-aligned paragraph.
