Locked out - HELP!

Up until Wednesday, I could get in here fine. Now, I keep getting a message that tells me I tried to use an inactive membership name or an invalid password, evcen though both name and password are stored and entered by my browser. Then, when I try to get a new password sent to me, I am told that the email I provde doesn't match the one on record for my username, when I know that it does. Please help.

Rejected my password the first time I tried to log in.

It is still rejecting mine every time, nearly twenty attempts over the last few hours

It only rejected mine the first time, the second time it accepted my password.
