I am trying to include a link to endnotes on the T.O.C. but I can't find the way.
I have tried it by writing "Notes" above the first endnote and
formatting it as "heading 2" but when compiling the T.O.C. that header is not
recognized. Any suggestion? Thanks in advance!
endnotes & table of contents
Yes, "level 2" was selected in the TOC dialog but it does not work.
Endnotes appear at the end of the document separated by a gray bar but
they don't belong to any "chapter". When saving the work as epub, all notes
are "packed" together in a file "notes.html" but without any header, thus,
they can not be "linked" in a T.O.C.
So I am trying to "force" a "Notes" heading by manually typing text between the grey bar and the first endnote but no success.

The latest beta version of Atlantis merges the "Notes" heading with the notes themselves automatically.
