Atlantis and FinePrint

Hi,

I'm getting an error when I try to print my documents using the FinePrint printer driver (http://fineprint.com/). I've tested other applications, namely Word and the Opera browser, but Atlantis is the only one that is not allowing me to print. I use FinePrint for a number of years now and never had any problem printing with any application (including Atlantis). I even reinstalled FinePrint, to no avail.

Could you please take a look and see what the problem is? I'm using the latest beta on Windows Vista. The printer error is this: "Internal error: PrepareDispatcher was unable to launch the dispatcher"

P.S. This error is addressed on FinePrint website but, like I said, is not acting universally on my system but only with Atlantis.

Have you tried running the “.bat” file fix available from http://fineprint.com/support-topic/how- ... cher-error (i.e. http://fineprint.com/support/MakeDispatcherResident.bat)?
