Could you please be more specific about what exactly is not saved?

Seems to be commas, single quotes, word spacing, sentences which are put on one line reappear on two.

Is your document a plain text file (.txt)?

Please try running Atlantis with the "factory settings" - click here for instructions (please read them carefully).

We might be able to do more to help if we had more details. Could you please provide us with step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem? Any screen captures, sample documents, etc?
