A space is not provided between the "." and the item if more than 9 items (item #10-...)
Example:
8. Item 8
9. Item 9
10.Item 10
11.Item 11
Thanks.

Hi Al,
Most likely a space or tab character is present, but it isn’t perceptible. Please switch the “Special Symbols” mode on (“Ctrl+Shift+8”), and you’ll see the “missing” space or tab characters.
Now it appears that you want the list items themselves to be vertically aligned, that is, actually left-aligned. For this you need to make sure that the numbers themselves are right-aligned. Here is how to proceed:
1. Display the Control Board “Lists” panel.
2. Select the target list.
3. Click “Edit highlighted list format” on the “Lists” panel bottom toolbar (third button from left).
4. In the “Edit List Format” dialog, make sure that “Number right-aligned at” is selected.
5. OK out of the dialog.
HTH.
Cheers,
Robert
