There are plenty of references to the "D:" drive in your old INI file. I cannot say for sure which of them leads to the message box. I have removed all the references to the "D:" drive from your INI file, and email it to you. Please load the adjusted INI file through the "Load from File..." button of the "Tools | Options..." window of Atlantis.
Yes, that's fixed it - no more error message. Had a slight twitch when my favourites disappeared then remembered to re-point it at the new location again and all is well
