Deficiencies in the Norwegian spellcheck

There are two separate written forms of the Norwegian language, called "Bokmål" and "Nynorsk". The Norwegian spellcheck in Atlantis unfortunately throws them together into one big Norwegian dictionary, and allows both Nynorsk and Bokmål words in the same text. This isn't a good solution. Is it possible to split the spellcheck dictionary into a Norwegian (Bokmål) and a Norwegian (Nynorsk) dictionary?<br><br>Besides, the spellcheck engine allows to many concatenated words. The result of this is that a lot of misspelled words are treated like concatenated words and are accepted. Languages which allows ad hoc concatenated words doesn't allow all kinds of words to be concatenated; just nouns. And since any spellcheck engine has to indicate the parts of speech, i guess, in order to get the inflections right, then it should be possible to just accept nouns as concatenated words.<br><br>One of the most common errors norwegians make is to split the concatenated words into two separate words. This is never allowed in Norwegian or any of the other languages which have ad hoc concatenated words, I think. Therefore it would have been a very nice feature if the spellcheck engine could check if two nouns are standing next to each other with a space between, and mark this as a spelling error.

Regrettably the Norwegian spellchecker was developed by a third-party company. But I do not rule out that it will be improved in the future.
