epub, new page for each chapter

I have just found and registered Atlantis a couple of days ago and it is working great for me. I wanted something to take a text file and convert to an epub file and this fits the bill. However, I have a small problem. In using Atlantis, I create a new ebook file using one of the templates provided. I then copy/paste my text into this new document. Of 4 new documents, three page at the beginning of each chapter, but one does not. For the life of me, I don't see any differences in the files. Any suggestion of what/where I should be looking? I can get the file to page by manually inserting page breaks prior to each paragraph for this one file, but they are not needed in the other files. Help!
