I have list I'm trying to modify/update. I had to change some tab settings...other than that, this is a list I've edited several times on my old computer. When I transfered over to a new computer and re-installed Atlantis, then went in and tried to edit I'm having a problem.
Here's my problem. At the end of a line... I want to be able to hit 'Return' and put a space between lines. But instead of doing that, my Atlantis program is INDENTING to the first tab I have....then adding a 'numbered listing. Also a little 'symbol or box' appeard next to my cursor...if it's the symbol, I can't close it but if it's the box, it does have a 'x' button to close it. ...but I'm having to do that every single time I hit 'return' to go down to the next line. How can I turn this feature off?
Below is an example of what I want...and another eample of what the program is doing. Please imagine the lines tabbed out better...I can't seem to do that in the editing window here on this forum....
What I want:
(1) Amarillo ----------- 19.60 21.60
(1) Ashwood I Poly 17.85 17.85 exact
(1) Ashwood II Poly 17.85 22.30 exact
(1) Bandera Olefin 21.50 23.60 exact
(2) Basic Instincts Olefin 13.25 15.25
(-) Beautiful Dreamer SMXL 29.00 32.00
(-) Bel Rock II Permasoft 24.65 24.65 exact
This is what the program is automatically trying to do:
I will be at the end of line Amarillo one space after the pricing...and hit 'return' I also cannot move my cursor to the left of the 'tabbed' numbers the program is inserting. If I keep hitting the return button I just keep getting another number indented underneath my line of type.
(I can't make the inserted numbers indent on this example in this forum's message window but the numbers are indenting to my first tab setting).
(1) Amarillo ----------- 19.60 21.60
indented -> (1.)
indented -> (2.)
indented -> (3.)
----------
Any help with this would be deeply appreciated. I can see the box at the top in my toolbar that is 'lighting up' when this feature is activating.
Thanks

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!
I looked through various options but wasn't sure which button to push to correct this....
I've come to this forum about 4 or so times for help in the past and I've always recieved a quick reply. Those who run this site and offer up the help on Atlantis program....You are the best "Tech-line" in the industry. : )
Again...thanks...you have saved me so much time in trying to figure this one out.
