Horizontal lines

Is it possible to put in the text horizontal lines? I've searched the help file, but didn't see anything on how to do it.

Hi,
The Atlantis Clip Library is installed with a number of “Lines” as a subset of the “Images” category. You could also use these. Or add your own.
