printing problem

HI,
Doe's anyone know why after just purchasing this program it won't print off a simple letter?

The only part that it allows me to print is the included email address and nothing else, the rest of the paper comes out blank

This has nothing to do with your registration.

Does your document display correctly under the Print Preview mode of Atlantis (please press Ctrl+F2 in Atlantis to toggle the Print Preview mode)?

Do you view your documents in Atlantis under a custom color scheme of Atlantis? Did you apply text color formatting to your document text?

Could you please send your document to support@AtlantisWordProcessor.com? Please ZIP & attach it to your email message.

Can you print other documents?

Hi, Can print off emails received but cant print anything from word pad.
It just comes out blank.

The ink levels are 3 quarters full and there has been no warnings to tell me other wise.

I did try to print off what you sent me from this forum and the only thing to come out of the printer was the emoticons and no black text.

Even though i replaced all ink cartridges recently, i will replace the black again, and see if that is where the problem is.

will get back to you in a bit.

Hi,
Thanks to all for there help in trying to help me with my printer problem, i'm happy to say problem is now solved!

It was a stupid minor thing blocked black cartridge slot, probably because i don't use the printer that often, so mini crisis over.
