Can cute pdf run from flash memory drive as well?

I am going to use Atlantis from a flash memory drive now and was wondering if it is possible to still run the cute pdf program. Or do I need to install this for real on the other computer? The problem is that I cannot really install programs on it because it doesn't belong to me, I would like to run as much as possible from the flash drive.

I personally never heard about portable PDF printers.
