I did an check for update in Atlantis, and it says there isn't a new one, but of course there is. Maybe it doesn't work correctly. Great that there is epub now officially, thanks for that!

Upgrading the beta version to the official (public) version through the "Help | Check for Updates..." menu command of Atlantis will not work (not in the current version of Atlantis at least) because your beta version of Atlantis and the latest public version have the same version number (1.6.4.0). Currently the only way to upgrade your beta version is by running the standard setup of Atlantis. You can always download the latest setup from the following page:

We might make upgrading beta versions to official versions more convenient in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Another possibility?
For some reason, my Norton Internet Security flags the download file as suspicious and won't let it download. I had to turn Norton off long enough to do the update.
This has been improved. Please see the following post from the Atlantis Word Processor Blog for details:admin wrote:Upgrading the beta version to the official (public) version through the "Help | Check for Updates..." menu command of Atlantis will not work (not in the current version of Atlantis at least) because your beta version of Atlantis and the latest public version have the same version number (1.6.4.0).
