Is it possible to export sounds from Atlantis sound schemes (this one being installed with Atlantis and two additional schemes) to some general sound file format as eg WAV or any other?

You could use a sound capture application. “Sound Leech” will save the Atlantis sounds to a folder as they are being played from Atlantis. I believe “Sound Leech” is freeware.
