Document List Not Reopened After Saving, Closing & Reope

Post by acant05 »

I have the "Reload Open documents on startup" option checked but it isn't working...

Example documents open:
Criticism, LDS, Oaks.rtf
Nephi, Wisdom, and the Deuteronomist Reform.rtf
Secret Of Pain, Curtain Parted.rtf
Breaking The Seals, Part 85, Eby, FCTT.rtf
Literal (Letter) Vs Spiritual (Symbolic) Interpretation After JESUS (Cross).rtf
My Review Of Nauvoo Polygamy But We Called It Celestial Marriage.rtf
Time For Building The Anti-Typical Temple (Church) VTH, 2SR.rtf
Follow-Up Thoughts on Nauvoo Polygamy.rtf
Nauvoo Polygamy Some Thoughts.rtf
SOP, Prophets, Servant, Rev 19, Rev 22.rtf

Running v 1.6.1.9 under Win Vista-32
Blessings,
Al Cantley

Hi,
Are you launching Atlantis with the “Atlantis.exe -lsi” command-line parameter? If this is the case, make sure that you always save your “Atlantis.ini” file before closing Atlantis. Otherwise, the list of documents to reopen will not be stored in “Atlantis.ini” and they won’t be reopened when you relaunch Atlantis.

Note that you can add your documents to the Atlantis “Favorites” list. You will be able to reopen them quickly, regardless of whether you saved your “Atlantis.ini” or not.

Hope that helps.
Cheers,
Robert

Did you have multiple running instances of Atlantis Word Processor (ie multiple Atlantis buttons on the Windows Taskbar)? If so, only the last closed instance of Atlantis saves its settings (including the list of documents to reopen) to the Registry.
