I just installed demo version of Atlantis. Mostly I like it, but I have one problem. When I try to use the Styles list on the Control Board with existing docs, Atlantis crashes. I select a line I want to modify in a doc, click in the list on any heading, and it gives me "Exception: Access violation at 00406E00 in Atlantis.exe". I have to click this twice for it to disappear. Then it gives me a mouse cursor that is a black circle with a diagonal line through it. I then want to close Atlantis, and it asks if I want to continue eval, or register. I click eval, and it then closes Atlantis.
Using headings in NEW docs works fine.
I use headers a lot, so not being able to use them would be a real showstopper. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Headings crash

Could you please be more specific - where do you click? Do you click a style in the Control Board, or a heading in the document window?
Also could you please send your "faulty" DOC file to support@AtlantisWordProcessor.com (please ZIP before attaching)?

Do you mean "headers" or "headings"?Elliott108nl wrote:Using headings in NEW docs works fine.

These are two completely different things.

Thanks for the DOC. The Control Board of Atlantis is "confused" by a faulty numbered list included in the "Heading N" styles of this DOC:

Such a list formatting is nonsensical. A provision for such situations will be included in any next release of Atlantis.
Thanks for reporting this.
