Hi. Is there a way to customise the sounds to all the drop down menus to the sound of the font and font size sound and all the rest to just the click sound. Also can the appearance of Atlantis be changed to somewhat like word 2003 without changing the windows xp desktop theme.

You could do this only by assigning your custom WAV files to individual events in the "Tools | Sounds..." dialog (use the "Browse..." button under the "Custom sound" box).
Sorry, but Atlantis is meant to look in accordance with the current display scheme (theme) of Windows. Unlike MS Word, Atlantis does not introduce its own style for the user interface.
