Thanks for the info on creating a custom page size, now I have a problem in that my page margins and text location don't print the way Atlantis is setup.
I'm using an Epson 2200 and my page size matches the Atlantis page and is set for "Centered" printing and "Maximum" page size, but the printed text is shifted up and the text goes outside the set margins. Also, there are generous margins (2 or 3 inches all around) in Atlantis, so there should be no conflict between the Atlantis settings and Epson's minimum margins.

Regrettably it would be very hard to find out what is wrong since there is a tricky combination of a custom page size and the proprietary settings of your printer. If possible please try repositioning paper sheets within the intray of you printer. This helps in some cases. Maybe you could switch to a standard paper format (Letter or A4) in Atlantis but with larger margins?
Does you printer driver offer the Preview feature?

Have you tried printing with the Epson Printable Area set to "Standard", and the Page Size to 12x13 inches in the Epson dialog ("Paper" tab)?Frank Kolwicz wrote:I'm using an Epson 2200 and my page size matches the Atlantis page and is set for "Centered" printing and "Maximum" page size, but the printed text is shifted up and the text goes outside the set margins.
