You cannot use the above file to patch your U3-smart copy of Atlantis. The executable files of the standard version and U3-smart version of Atlantis are incompatible.
Updating Atlantis files on a U3-smart drive manually is a much trickier thing than in case with the standard version of Atlantis. The problem is that the home folder of Atlantis on a U3-smart drive is "hidden". You could not see it until you enable hidden files in your file manager. This is not recommended because you might accidentally remove a system file. But if it is not a problem to you, please do the following:
1) locate the following file on your U3-smart drive:
<U3-smart_drive_letter>:\System\Apps\4DB5BC21-BCED-4484-BBAB-8491944A6E43\atlantis16en.u3p
2) Change its "u3p" file extension to "zip", and open the "atlantis16en.zip" file in your ZIP software (WinZip or another).
3) Replace the "Atlantis.exe" file under the "host" folder in this ZIP file with the Atlantis.exe from the following ZIP file:
{This file is not available on the server anymore.
The functionality mentioned above is available in the standard version of Atlantis.}
4) Save the "atlantis16en.zip" file back to a memory flash drive, and revert to the original file extension - u3p.
But I strongly suggest to avoid adjusting any files on the U3-smart drive. The AutoCorrect-related fix will be included in any next U3-smart build of Atlantis (the fix is not critical at all), and you could upgrade in a much more convenient and reliable way.
