Problem buying Atlantis

I've just been trying to register my copy of Atlantis but despite my choosing a Delivery Method of 'Unlock Code Delivery by e-mail (£0.00)' when I get to the next page (showing details of the price), the 'Ship Via:' option has been changed to 'International Postal' adding £3.68 to the order.

Why is it doing this and how do stop it from happening?

Hi,

Sometimes this kind of thing happens when the mouse wheel is turned inadvertently and the mouse pointer is over or next to a drop-down entry box: the entry box item is automatically scrolled, hence changed. Be careful and very sparing with your mouse movements whenever you have selected an option on a Web form. Use the right scrollbar to move up or down the page.

Another possibility is that you might have (inadvertently?) asked to receive Atlantis on a CD-ROM. There are extra charges.

No, I was looking out for this the second time I tried but got the same result.

You can order a CD by choosing one of the delivery methods highlighted on the below screen capture. But since you can always download the latest setup file of Atlantis Word Processor from our site for free, ordering a CD with the setup file of Atlantis does not make much sense.

Are you sure that you choose the "Unlock Code Delivery by email" delivery method?

100% sure (see my initial post). I've just tried it again and get the same result. Can I suggest you try it and see what happens? I choose 'Pounds Sterling' as the currency if that makes any difference.

Yes, I have just checked the order form. I cannot notice anything wrong with the delivery method. Also everything is OK with the orders from the latest registered users (by the way, some of them are from the UK).
Note that orders from EU customers are also subject to VAT.

Which Web browser do you use? If you have an alternative Web browser, could you please try it?

If the problem persists, we could take a deeper look into it.

I use Internet Explorer 7 and don't have an alternative I'm afraid.

I just tried again and got the same result but this time I took screenshots of the two pages to show what I am seeing. If you give me an email address, I'll send them on.

I just tried again but this time using the Firefox portable browser and got the same result again.

I noticed that it was by changing 'Currency Selection' from the default of 'Dollars' to 'Pounds Sterling', that the 'Delivery Method' changed from the free email delivery option to the 'International Postal' option (meaning I had to manually change it back).

I could do with this problem being fixed as soon as possible as I only have a couple of days left before my copy stops working.
