You can easily open all the Favorite documents in Atlantis. Just choose the “File | Open…” menu command, and browse for the “Favorites” folder (by default, “C:\Program Files\Atlantis\Favorites”). Then press Ctrl+A to select all the files (shortcuts) under this folder, and click the “Open” button.
