It is very painful for me to set an underline every line
and I hopeing to have one all ready done.

Greetings--
This is not easy to achieve in word processors like Atlantis or MS Word because they use automatic text reflow. The best way to go about this would be to use lined paper. Failing that, you could try using attached "Underline.rtf" as a template.
Using this template, you can type text as usual, but don't press the Enter key to create a new paragraph, press the Tab key first, and the Enter key only afterwards. Pressing Tab before Enter will create a fully underlined line before moving on to the next paragraph.
Note that you can modify the Normal style settings in this template. You can change the page properties, the font face, size, the type of underline, line spacing, etc.

You might also wish to try the attached template. It does not require pressing the Enter key. Just click the location where you want to type text, and start typing.
