Is it possible to let a outline list be visible in the Headings list?

The headings in an outline list will be visible in the Headings panel only if you associate each level of the outline list with a specific Heading style. Normally, outline list level 1 is associated with Heading 1 style, outline list level 2 is associated with Heading 2 style, etc.
