Table of contents and 'heading style'

Post by Guest »

I am currently investigating simple word processors with more reliability and ease of use than the infamous Word.

So far, so good, although one thing bothers me with Atlantis: I have a document for which I'd like to generate a table of contents for. I have defined three different header styles, which are based on 'Heading 1' to 3 and their levels are set accordingly in the 'lists' properties. When I now try to create the ToC, Atlantis tells me that no paragraph associated with 'Headings' style could be found.

What am I doing wrong?

Other than that, Atlantis seems to be a very good word processor that does what it can very well and easily (apart from the abovementioned issue).

Some other things to keep in mind (a.k.a. feature request): Table support, internationalisation (translations), better picture/text flow, better scroll wheel support (mine works very sporadically).

Sorry but the "Insert | Table of Contents..." command of Atlantis does not use styles based on the Heading styles (derived from the Heading styles). It uses exclusively the Heading styles themselves ("Heading 1" through "Heading 9"). The present version of Atlantis does not support other styles for TOCs.
