How Do I..........?

I use Atlantis on a Flash Drive on two or 3 different computers using a shortcut in the root folder of the flash drive. The Problem is that the Flash Drive is Drive E on one PC, Drive F on the main one, and Drive G on the Third PC. Of course with this being the case, Atlantis cannot find the open documents from my previous usage on Atlantis when I switch computers because the path is not correct and I have to manually open many files. Is there anyway of making Atlantis open them regardless of Drive Letter? Assigning Same Drive Letters for the Flash Drive on each PC is not an option.

Atlantis 1.6.1 will perform additional checks when launched from a removable drive. If the requested document or picture filename from a history list is not available, Atlantis will try to switch the drive letter of this filename to the drive letter of the removable drive. You can download the latest build of Atlantis 1.6.1 from the Betatesting page.
