Hi,
When trying to open a normal file, i get the message

Exception: Access violation at 00584FF5 in Atlantis.exe

The file is a text file that I created in Atlantis but ust before had edited in Word. I cannot open this file inAtlatis now and the screen is getting cluttered (unreadable) after this attempt.

Hi,
I noticed that this error only appears when I try to open the file fromout the windows explorer while Atlantis isn't running yet. When Atlantis is running and I try to open the file, everything is oke. Also, when I open the file fromout Atlantis itself, everything is oke.

I tried to reproduce this error with other files and ith word documents, but it only happens with this one file.

the error message is now changed into,

exception with message "Access violation at 00584FF5 in Atlantis.exe"
raised while executing sensitive operation. Document will be closed.

Anyway, I still can use the file when I open it normally.

It would still help all Atlantis users (and developers) if you sent this document. Unless it is confidential, of course.
Maybe you could remove the confidential bits from it?

hi,
of course I can send it, however now the error is not there anymore. I am editing the document in Word (because of the spelling checker and dropcaps) as well in Atlantis (because of everything else) back and forth, maybe that is why it is behaving so strange. I will send it the moment the error happens again.
