Problem with annotations

When using new annotation function together with header - footer function nu number the pages, wrong text assembly happens to the footnotes. They seam to merge together with the main text body and they are missing numbering and some parts of them si invisible

Could you please explain with more details? Does something work wrongly?

I have tried to close document and open it again and it fixed itself. So, but for this reason I can not demonstrate it to you. I have also tried to do it again from the scratch, but it seams to work perfectly. My apologies therefore would be appropriate. I is perhaps some problem with styles which I am using in the document! After you close document and open it again, everything fixes up correctly. But still....

... YET ANOTHER THING... One single long annotation on 2 pages! splits itself without reason and is not complete! Fixes itself when you convert all footenotes to endnotes and bacwards!
