dicking bullets & number toolbar

It is possible to dock bullet and numbers toolbar?? What do you think about that???

If you mean the "Bullets & Numbers" popup toolbar, it cannot be used for formatting document paragraphs as list items. It can be used for changing list formatting of the current paragraph or selected paragraphs. In other words, this toolbar is context. It is displayed only after you click a bullet or number whose formatting should be adjusted. It does not display permanently, and you cannot dock it to anywhere.
