It seems to me that I asked this question a long time ago and got an answer about paragraphs. But that was several versions ago and I am not finding the method I need to make a list and put it into alphabetical order.
TIA.
Alphabetizing lists - How do I do it?
Please select paragraphs you want to sort in alphabetical order, then press Ctrl+Shift+K,A keys.
Ctrl+Shift+K,A is a compound hot key. Just in case you are not familiar with this type of hot keys...
Compound hot keys are 4-steps hot keys. You must:
a) Hold the Shift and Alt keys pressed,
b) Press and release the K key,
c) Press and release the A key,
d) Finally release the Shift and Alt keys.
Also note that you have a corresponding button on the Extended toolbar of the default Alternative Toolbar Set.

Alphabetizing
1. Select the items to sort.
2. Press Ctrl+Shift+K,A to sort in ascending order, Ctrl+Shift+K,Z to sort in descending order. Alternatively, you could use the “Special | Sort Paragraphs” command from the Edit main menu.
Word Count
1. Select the items to count.
2. Click “Tools | Statistics…” or press Ctrl+K,W
