I had to rethink my question. I am able to change the top menu bar - file, edit, view, insert, etc., by using the Display Settings. It is the Atlantis toolbars with the icons that is my concern. When the resolution is changed to a higher one, the three toolbars with these icons shrink considerably, to the point they are uncomfortably small. Is there anyway to increase their size? I realize there may not be a way, as I noticed that several functions of WinsXP also are shrunk when set at a higher resolution, such as the MS Solitaire game, the download window, and others that have nothing to do with Atlantis.
Sorry I didn't think my original question through. It is icon toolbars, not fonts that concern me. Any comments will be appreciated. I thank you for your help and comments, both past and future. Gary P.

Have you tried “View | Toolbars > Large Buttons” in Atlantis?
